Christopher Design 18kt Yellow Diamond Engagement Ring

This one-of-a-kind engagement ring is crafted in a striking combination of 18kt yellow and white gold, showcasing a high-contrast design that enhances both structure and brilliance. The ring is designed with a sculptural, multi-layered aesthetic that emphasizes depth, dimension, and light performance.

At the centre is a 1.04 carat cushion cut natural fancy yellow diamond, set in 18kt yellow gold claws and framed with a yellow gold border to intensify its colour. The stone is graded VVS-1 clarity with a Y–Z colour range and very good cut, providing strong brilliance with a vivid golden hue.

Surrounding the centre are fourteen round brilliant cut diamonds, graded VS1 to SI1 clarity, F–G near colourless, and very good to excellent cut. Two of these diamonds are bezel set into the basket in 18kt white gold, adding structural detail beneath the centre stone.

Additional detailing includes sixteen pavé set round brilliant cut diamonds within the yellow gold basket, with a total weight of approximately 0.10 carats. These stones are graded VS to SI clarity, natural fancy yellow colour, and very good cut.

The design is further enhanced by two half-moon shaped side diamonds, weighing approximately 0.18 carats total, graded VS2 clarity, F–G colour, and very good cut, set in white gold to create a subtle illusion of increased size and brightness.

The band features a split three-part design with a knife-edge yellow gold centre and white gold outer sections. Set into the white gold are forty round brilliant cut diamonds with an approximate total weight of 0.66 carats, matching the surrounding accent stones in quality and brilliance.
