1. General
Barry’s Jewellers Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates this website. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Payment & Accepted Methods
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated.We accept the following payment methods:

4. Order Processing
In-stock items are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or special-order pieces may require longer lead times. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as FedEx. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details, rates, and delivery timelines.
All shipments are insured and require a signature upon delivery. The purchaser is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or local taxes incurred upon international delivery.

6. Pricing Accuracy
We strive for accuracy in all product listings and pricing. However, in the event of an error (typographical, system-based, or otherwise), Barry’s reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order to reflect the correct price.
If the correct price is lower than listed, you will be charged the lower amount. If higher, we will contact you before proceeding or issue a full refund if already paid.
7. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges may be permitted in select cases. To be eligible:
● The item must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
● Tags, certificates, and packaging must be intact
● Custom and personalised pieces are not eligible for return or exchange

8. Warranty & Repairs
● Jewellery Warranty: We honour all Lifetime Jewellery Warranties issued prior to December 2019.
● Watch Warranty: Pre-owned watches purchased from Barry’s include a 1-year warranty covering basic functionality (battery, movement, timekeeping).
● Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or third-party repairs.

All content on this website—including images, product descriptions, logos, and text—is the property of Barry’s Jewellers and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barry’s Jewellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Liability is limited to the total purchase amount paid.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.
