Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days if the item is in stock and does not require customization. For custom or made-to-order items, shipping timelines will vary. You will receive a personalized shipping estimate during your consultation or shortly after purchase.

All jewellery is packaged with care. Items from designer brands—such as Maple Leaf
Diamonds—are shipped in their official branded packaging. All other pieces are presented in our elegant signature Barry’s Jewellers blue box.

We also offer complimentary gift wrapping upon request. If selected, your item will be wrapped with decorative paper and a ribbon. Paper invoices will not be added to the parcel, and sent via E-Mail to the purchaser only.

For international orders, import duties, VAT, or local taxes may be charged by your destination country. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide full disclosure of value and contents on all customs forms as required by law.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment’s journey in real-time. All packages are sent via FedEx with signature confirmation.
