Description

Historic and one-of-a-kind, this 14KT yellow gold pendant showcases an ancient Celtic silver Tetradrachm coin from the Kingdom of East Noricum, dating from approximately 200–1 BC. The irregularly shaped coin depicts a male head wearing a three-strand pearl diadem on one side and a prancing horse on the reverse, preserving a remarkable connection to the ancient world.

The silver coin is set within a hammered 14KT yellow gold carrier and adorned with forty-one old rose cut diamonds. The textured gold and antique-style diamonds complement the character of the centuries-old coin while creating a distinctive fine jewellery presentation.

Designed and made in Canada, the piece incorporates carefully selected new and antique materials, with the ancient coin sustainably sourced from times past.
