At the centre is a 2.00 carat cushion-shaped faceted sapphire, displaying a medium-dark tone with strong, slightly violetish blue colour. The stone is lightly included, though its depth of colour and cut maintain a strong overall visual presence.

Surrounding the centre stone are forty-six round brilliant cut diamonds with a combined weight of approximately 0.80 carats. These diamonds are graded SI1 clarity, F–G colour, and good to very good cut, providing a bright, near colourless contrast that enhances the richness of the sapphire.
